Amla is also known as Indian Gooseberry, is a green color fruit used in Ayurvedic medicines for centuries. It’s a rich source of nutrients like vitamin C, calcium, and iron and full of antioxidants that protect the skin and body from free radicals.
It is useful in many ways but the best way to use is by preparing powder as it can be consumed simply with water and can be also mixed with your smoothies or sprinkled on fruits like banana, apple, etc.
